1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped.

- Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return or replacement after delivery, based on our Return Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Payment was not successfully completed or verified.
- Pricing or listing errors due to technical issues.
- Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full within 7 working days to the original payment method.
3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
- If cancellation is approved before shipping, refund is initiated within 2–4 business days.
- For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).
- For COD orders, no charges will apply, and the order will simply be marked as cancelled.
