At Sanwariya Mobile & Electronics (also known as SM Electronics), we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Below is our detailed cancellation policy.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via:
  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return or replacement after delivery, based on our Return Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Payment was not successfully completed or verified.
  • Pricing or listing errors due to technical issues.
  • Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full within 7 working days to the original payment method.


3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • If cancellation is approved before shipping, refund is initiated within 2–4 business days.
  • For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).
  • For COD orders, no charges will apply, and the order will simply be marked as cancelled.
