At Sanwariyaelectronics.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a transparent and hassle-free return and refund process.

This policy applies to all purchases made from Sanwariya Mobile & Electronics (also known as SM Electronics) via our website or store.


✅ Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong variant.
  • The product is not working as described.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video as proof (recommended).

👉 Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, wrong order placement, or minor packaging damages.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns, such as:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Items without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
  • Earphones, chargers, screen guards, or items marked as non-returnable in the product description.

📹 Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us process your return smoothly, we recommend sharing a clear unboxing video that shows:

  1. Outer packaging
  2. Product condition
  3. Serial & model details
  4. Visible defects (if any)

⚠️ If the video is missing, our support team will still try to help you, but approval may depend on inspection results.


🔄 Replacement Process

  • A replacement will be arranged if stock is available.
  • If replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after item inspection.
  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI/Bank transfer (details to be provided by customer).

🚚 Pickup & Inspection

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by our courier partner (if serviceable).
  • In remote areas, customers may be asked to self-ship the item.
  • Once received and inspected, refund or replacement will be initiated.

❌ Order Cancellation Before Delivery

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you can still request a return after delivery as per our policy.

📝 Important Notes

  • All returns must include original invoice, box, and accessories.
  • Returns will be approved only after quality check.
  • Fraudulent or repeated return requests may result in account suspension.
