✅ Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item or wrong variant.
- The product is not working as described.
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- You provide a clear unboxing video as proof (recommended).
👉 Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, wrong order placement, or minor packaging damages.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns, such as:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Items without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
- Earphones, chargers, screen guards, or items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
📹 Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us process your return smoothly, we recommend sharing a clear unboxing video that shows:
- Outer packaging
- Product condition
- Serial & model details
- Visible defects (if any)
⚠️ If the video is missing, our support team will still try to help you, but approval may depend on inspection results.
🔄 Replacement Process
- A replacement will be arranged if stock is available.
- If replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
💰 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after item inspection.
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI/Bank transfer (details to be provided by customer).
🚚 Pickup & Inspection
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by our courier partner (if serviceable).
- In remote areas, customers may be asked to self-ship the item.
- Once received and inspected, refund or replacement will be initiated.
❌ Order Cancellation Before Delivery
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you can still request a return after delivery as per our policy.

- All returns must include original invoice, box, and accessories.
- Returns will be approved only after quality check.
- Fraudulent or repeated return requests may result in account suspension.
