Refund and Returns

At Sanwariyaelectronics.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a transparent and hassle-free return and refund process.

This policy applies to all purchases made from Sanwariya Mobile & Electronics (also known as SM Electronics) via our website or store.


Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong variant.
  • The product is not functioning as described.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • You have a proper unboxing video as proof.

📌 Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, wrong order placement by customer, or minor box damage.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Earphones, chargers, screen guards, etc. once unsealed.
  • Products mentioned as non-returnable in the product description.

📸 Unboxing Video Requirement

To initiate any return or replacement, a clear unboxing video is mandatory showing:

  1. Outer packaging
  2. Product condition
  3. Seal and accessories
  4. Visible defect (if any)

Without this video, your return request may be rejected.


🔄 Replacement Process

If your return is approved:

  • A replacement will be arranged (subject to availability).
  • In case of unavailability, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

💰 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued if:

  • Product is out of stock after return approval.
  • Return is approved and customer declines replacement.

Refund Timeline:

  • UPI/Card/Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refund via UPI or bank account (details to be provided by customer)

🚚 Pickup & Inspection

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by our courier partner (if serviceable).
  • In remote areas, customer may be asked to self-ship the item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, refund/replacement will be processed.

🛑 Order Cancellation Before Delivery

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may opt for return after delivery as per policy.

ℹ️ Important Notes

  • All returns must include original invoice, box, and accessories.
  • Refunds will be processed only after quality check of the returned item.
  • Repeated or fraudulent return requests may lead to account suspension.
