• Delivery is subject to the availability of courier services in your area.

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 7 working days, depending on your pincode and product type.
• Rural or remote locations may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary based on:
  • Delivery location (pincode)
  • Product weight & dimensions
  • Shipping method (Standard or Express)
• Charges are shown at the checkout before you make the payment.
• Some areas within 0–30 km or 30–50 km of our store may have free delivery or reduced charges, depending on the product category.

In-Store Pickup

• For local customers in Udaipur, we offer in-store pickup from our Debari store.
• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Attempts & Re-delivery

• In case of failure, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur extra shipping charges.

Delays & Exceptions

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your product is received damaged or tampered with:
