1. Warranty on New Products

• All new branded products sold on our platform come with an official manufacturer warranty.
• Warranty period, coverage, and service center details are mentioned on the product box or invoice.
• For warranty claims, customers must visit the brand’s authorized service center with a valid invoice.
• We do not provide warranty service for new products directly — it is fulfilled by the brand.

2. Warranty on Refurbished Products

• Refurbished mobile phones and accessories may include a limited seller warranty, typically:
  • 1 to 3 months from the date of delivery (mentioned on product page).
• This warranty covers only functional defects and does not include:
  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Accidental breakage
  • Charger, cable, or accessories
• Warranty will be void if the product is opened or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

3. How to Claim Warranty

To claim warranty (for refurbished products sold under seller warranty):

1. Contact us via email or phone with the order ID and issue details.
2. Provide unboxing video or pictures showing the defect (if required).
3. Ship the product back to our service address after confirmation.
4. Once verified, we may:
   • Repair the product
   • Replace the unit
   • Issue a partial/full refund (in rare cases)

Note: Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer if the issue is not covered under warranty.

4. General Exclusions

• Warranty does not cover wear and tear, screen cracks, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or mishandling.
• Products purchased during flash sales or “as-is” condition may not carry any warranty unless explicitly mentioned.
